Optional Voluntary Information

We offer the following services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Quotes
   We will offer a free electronic quote to users. GBP gathers the contact information of users who voluntarily fill out our online form for a quote. After the quote is sent to the requesting party, GBP will continue to communicate with the requesting party in the hopes of a business engagement. If at any time, the requesting party wishes to cease communication with GBP, the request will be honored. GBP will not share the requesting party's identifiable information with any third party.
2. Technical Support
   Users of our site's online technical support form are required to supply details of their problem or work to be scheduled.

Children

Usage Tracking

GBP tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. GBP does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

GBP uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.

As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out quotes and technical support. GBP never shares customer information with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.

When we use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas, we do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

GBP creates aggregate reports on user demographics and traffic patterns for advertisers, sponsors and partners. Because we don't track the usage patterns of individual users, an advertiser or sponsor will never know that a specific user clicked their ad.
